I read a lot of reviews before I booked this property. Others 5 star reviews were exceede. We came during a quiet time in late September. It was a great time to visit, although a bit warm in the sun Alsi the price was extremely reasonable for an apartment

A quiet place on Duvall. Not a place for groups or parties that are loud but an awesome quiet place with excellent service. Service was excellent. Only reason for the lower comfort review was the mattress and pillows in our room. There are a lot of different rooms that look like they probably had better mattresses but room 6 really needs an upgrade. Other than that 100% aweaome place to stay. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The Staff was amazing and the rooms were spotless! The grounds and pool are beautiful and serene. We really enjoyed the free coffee by the pool every morning. Perfect location! The hotel even helped us rent scooters that were delivered to us and parking them was right across the street. We arrived early and they did their best to get us in our rooms early. We had a late flight and were able to leave our luggage there and still use their facilities. The room was adorable and the bed was so comfortable! We definitely stay there again.

Douglas House was perfect for a quiet getaway for a few days in one of our favorite places! Right of Duval St., it’s walkable to everywhere that Key West is famous for! The staff were personable and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The staff was excellent. Very accommodating and friendly. The only complaint I had was both ac units were leaking into the unit. I couldn’t use the dresser because it was underneath one of the units and it was wet and smelled moldy.

Everything was great. My only (minor) issue was that the mattress (unit 4) was VERY uncomfortable. And the AC didn’t stay very cool overnight. Not a big deal. Overall the property was very nice. I enjoyed my visit.

Location was excellent. 1 minute walk to Duval. We booked the loft apartment. Apt exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well decorated with beautiful hard wood floors. The grounds are very lush and tropical. There is a small pool too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Big plus is FREE parking. (rare in Key West).Highly recommend! We will definitely return.
