An upscale and fully equipped kitchen allows for meal prep that can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table for 6 or casually at the bar top alongside your crafted cocktail just before hitting the downtown action. Plush furniture occupies the living space with a flat screen TV for lazy afternoons in. A convenient powder room is located steps away. A second floor seating area with a sectional couch, table and flat screen TV is the perfect entertaining area for game night. This property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located next to the front door of the home.

The location of the house is perfect. It is centrally located for many Key West activities. It is well maintained and was clean when we arrived. Whitney, the property manager was very responsive anytime we reached out. The concierge was very attentive to our needs when preparing for our visit. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast every day.

Very nice home in convenient location. Clean. Comfortable. Everything as advertised. The parking space is small, but we were able to park a Volvo SUV in it. Second vehicle went in city garage. Air Conditioning worked great during hot days. Great stay.

The home is in a great location and gave the 10 of us the space we needed. With two one private bathroom and two Jack in Jill bathrooms, plus a 1/2 bathroom. Plenty of towels, hot water, and washer and dryer if needed. Would book here again.

Parking sucks

There is no parking in front of your house and even close on the street. I had to put our vehicles in a parking garage which was a miles away and very expensive for a 24 hour period. The kitchen sink backed up on the first day.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect. Plenty of privacy yet we were steps away from all that duval st has to offer. Super clean, super nice, perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

Daughter’s 21st Bday Weekend

We stayed for 4 nights at this property for my daughter’s 21st birthday. There were 6 of us including my parents, aunt, daughter and friend. House was in perfect location - private entry to Duval yet away from the noise. We did not hear anything at night even when Duval was in full swing. House is new, modern and decorated beautifully. Rooms were large and spread out. Upstairs lounge area is a plus too. Plenty of room for all of us. Suggest to taxi to property and have rental golf cart delivered. Did not need a car all week. Also had Instacart food delivered and rented bikes (stored on side walkway). Dipping pool was perfect when coming back from activities in the heat. Highly recommend renting this house when in Key West!

Perfect Location

Property was excellent. Were pretty self sufficient so did utilize concierge or have much communication with PM other than early check in (thank you again). It’s just in great spot! Walk right out onto Duval but you can retreat back into comfort when you’re ready to rest. Wonderful spot
