Find a primary suite steps from the living area with a king bed, TV, en suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the outdoor balcony. Another king guest room resides on the 1st level with a TV and hallway bathroom nearby with a shower. Head up to the 2nd floor to find a room with 2 twins that can convert to a king with a TV and another king guest bedroom - both with TVs and a shared hallway bathroom with a shower. A sofa sleeper occupies the living area for additional sleeping arrangements.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Catch a breath of fresh air out on your private and spacious outdoor balcony with priceless views of the sparkling, turquoise ocean beyond. There is access to one parking spot on property, and plenty of street parking is available in this area for any additional vehicles. No vehicles over 18' long or over 80" wide.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Guests are only allowed to check-in on premises between 8:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M.
