THE LIVING AREA…
Entering through the majestic front door, you’ll immediately notice the high-end finishes and just how spacious the home truly is. ISLAND OPULENCE has soaring ceilings and high windows that flood the main living area with natural light. The living room offers plenty of oversized, comfortable seating to entertain or to simply enjoy a movie on the enormous flat screen TV.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is open to the living room and features top-of-the-line appliances, and includes a coffee bar and built-in ice maker. The extra-large dining table offers seating for ten. If you’re an early riser, you can grab a cup of coffee and enjoy a moment of peace at the breakfast nook.
THE BACKYARD & POOL…
Stepping outside through the double sets of French doors, you’ll be transported to your very own private oasis. The backyard is surrounded by a concrete privacy wall and features lush tropical landscaping. You’ll have plenty of room for everyone to lay out and relax or enjoy an outdoor meal. Taking a dip in the heated pool is the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the island. Treat everyone to a poolside BBQ using the luxurious propane grill and outdoor dining tables.
