Room was small but nice. Staff were wonderful. Big problem was abundance of on-site roosters..who crowed loudly from 2am to daybreak each night. Everyone was upset and nobody could sleep through. WVery loud..

The employees are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and each room seems unique. This is a number of historical buildings all tied together with amazing tropical plantings. Our room which was on the second floor was very quiet. There are no elevators so if that is a problem, there are many first floor rooms. It is right in the Historic District and within walking distance of the waterfront and almost anything you want to visit.

The staff was great, room clean. Our bed was a little on the uneven side. It worked out and we rotated and just slept upside down. We never said anything as we just impromptu fixed it. We found the location to be extremely convenient!
In room shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very nice to note and was great! Nice to note so it’s less to pack! I am actually on the hunt for this as it worked amazing on my hair!
Only picture I got and on our last day! We were walking out of our room when we got a little up close and led visit from an iguana 😊

Outstanding place. Great location minutes from Duval Street, walkable to everything. Room was safe, clean, updated, great shower and three pools all heated! Breakfast was a feast of so many options you have to limit yourself or you won't eat again that day. We didn't have a car but they had two big parking lots for the guests. The front desk staff was over the top nice and pleasant. 100% recommend!

Mostly our room was misrepresented. Extremely small, not enough room to even open our suitcases and be able to move around the room. Staff was unhelpful and did not offer any assistance. Also the shower in the bathroom is a bathtub shower. I’m handicapped and have RA. I can not easily get in or out of the shower. The air conditioner is at the same level as your head lying down in bed so it is blowing the air directly in your face all night long. The door to our room had a slot exposing our rooms privacy. We had to hang clothes over the door to cover the slot. The phone in the room did not work, so we could not call the front desk.
