The property was beautiful! We loved waking up every morning and drinking coffee on the balcony. We were on the first floor with a partial view of the ocean. It was perfect! Our view was of all the boats coming in and out of the harbor! The shuttle to old town was extremely nice! Parking is a bear to find and using the shuttle makes it so much more relaxing! We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

It was a beautiful property with numerous amenities. Close to ocean and excellent fishing. The restaurant was good food, but service was slower than other restaurants and a bit over priced in comparison

We absolutely loved this hotel, the room, furnishings, restaurant and terrace. The restaurant food is very good. The only negative thing was that we got there a day later than scheduled because the airline canceled our flight and we were told by the personnel that they gave our room away because of “no show” You can only imagine the aggravation and panic this caused. In the end, the manager found us a similar room and all ended well.

We just returned from 6 days here, and had a great experience overall. A few items to note…..banging gate between restaurant and pool area can be loud and disruptive, no skim milk to be found at the resort anywhere, dead flowers on some restaurant tables. But, the shuttle to downtown was fabulous, concierge was so helpful booking different activities, and the pools were clean and not crowded. We also arrived after midnight after a terrible, 20 hour travel day, and we were welcomed with open arms, despite the late hour. Would definitely return!

Very luxurious! It's about 20 minutes from old town, but the free shuttle makes it easy to visit Duval street. While you are at the resort, you feel like you are in a world of your own. It's not a party place, so the vibes are relaxing.

Staff wear lovely! Bartenders and servers were exrtemley nice and accomodating. The fres seafood was excellent and far beyond our expectations for a a hotel bar/cafe! So much so that we made it a point to eat there once a day to try everything. Rooms were clean, large and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The pool area was stuck with towels, fresh water,and shade umbrellas. The surrounding small harbor gives a beautiful perspective to the Keys, and the sunsets were breathtaking.
