Very nice property and staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Nice kayak trip with knowledgeable guide. Far from downtown and the drop off point for the shuttle is a hike, especially after sunset and a long stroll down Duval.

This property did not impress me, they only had one restaurant, and the server/ bar tender take gratuity at 18% weather they did a Gud job or not. My room wasn’t ready when I got there and they refused to place me in another room, I had to sit in there lobby which is not much of a lobby and wait white they continued to check in other guess ahead of me. There was nothing to do at the resort it was very boring, they shud not be called a resort, charging $50 a day plus tax is ridiculous.

Air conditioning was terrible and controlled by the hotel. The restaurant on site did not offer a lot of variety. Otherwise the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The coffee maker was in the middle of the room so you would wake everyone up making a cup.

Check in and out was amazing and front desk staff was great! Pool waiters were hard to find at times, and walked past you quite a bit, but it was still nice to have them even if you had to flag them down to order. Food was top notch, and great entertainment.
