Welcome aboard SeaLab, our 2014 Lagoon 52 catamaran, permanently docked at The Perry Hotel & Marina in Key West.
This is a dockside boat stay that blends the experience of living on the water with full access to a resort-style marina and hotel—an ideal option for guests seeking a distinctive Key West accommodation beyond a standard condo or hotel room.
The vessel remains stationary at the dock for the entire stay. Guests enjoy marina views, waterfront breezes, and immediate access to The Perry’s extensive amenities.
CABINS & LAYOUT
The catamaran offers six cabins, three on each hull (port and starboard), providing a flexible mix of private and shared sleeping arrangements typical of a large cruising catamaran.
Port Side
Bow Cabin: Cozy double bed
Midship Cabin: Bunk beds, ideal for children or additional guests
Stern Cabin: Private double bed with external-only access for added privacy
Starboard Side
Bow Cabin: Double bed
Midship Cabin: Double bed, ideal for couples or solo travelers
Stern Cabin: Private double bed with external-only access
Storage is limited, as expected on a boat, but the layout is designed for comfort and functionality during a dockside stay.

This is not a luxury yacht charter and not a floating hotel suite. It is a comfortable, character-rich vessel best suited for guests who appreciate boats, marinas, and unique accommodations.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
General
This is a dockside-only vessel and does not leave the marina
Guests may not operate or move the boat
At least one guest must be 25+ years old
One primary guest must provide ID, sign the agreement, and is responsible for the stay
Bathrooms & Showers
Toilets are marine systems (button-operated) and require proper use
Only human waste may be flushed
No toilet paper or products—use trash bins provided
For comfort and convenience, guests are encouraged to use the marina bathrooms and showers, which are clean, spacious, and easily accessible.
A marina access code will be provided (updates periodically)
Water System
Water tanks are filled before arrival
---> Guests are responsible for refilling tanks every 2–3 days, depending on use
Do not allow tanks to run empty
Tank gauges may read approximately 84% and 47% when full—this is normal
Total freshwater capacity is approximately 250–260 gallons
After refilling, water pressure may take a short time to normalize
Do not operate the water maker while docked
Electrical & Boat Systems
Vessel operates on 110V and 220V power
Use appropriate outlets only
Boat systems (pumps, gauges, sensors) may not behave like a home
Windows, Hatches & Weather
Always close all windows and hatches when leaving
Sudden rain can cause interior water damage
Trash & Cleanliness
Trash must be removed regularly and taken to marina dumpsters
Do not allow trash to accumulate onboard
Please leave the vessel in a clean and orderly condition
Parking
Free parking is available outside the marina gates in the designated lot
No parking is allowed on the docks
Prohibited
No smoking or vaping
No candles, open flames, or propane use onboard
No grilling on the vessel (use marina facilities if available)
No fishing or swimming from the boat
Do not tamper with onboard systems
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please respect neighboring boats and marina guests
Boat Reality
This is a working vessel, not a traditional home:
Systems require basic awareness
Tank levels and sensors are not always intuitive
Occasional adjustments (like refilling water) are normal; usually every 2-3 days
If anything seems off, message us—photos help us resolve issues quickly.

Air Conditioning (IMPORTANT)
Air conditioning is NOT provided and is not guaranteed
The vessel relies on natural ventilation (breezes, fans, open hatches)
Guests booking during warmer months should expect typical Key West heat and humidity
If air conditioning is a requirement for your stay, this property may not be a good fit. Key West is HELL - absolute hell in the Spring and Summer without AC. We are just letting you know.
