The comfortable sofa pulls out to a queen size bed to sleep 2 additional people. Open up to the private patio and take in the fresh mountain air overlooking the wonderful forest. The welcoming and well appointed kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances, with a gas range and 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Gather your family of up to 6 people around the dining room table. 


The primary bedroom features a queen size bed with a flat screen TV. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features 3 twin size beds and plenty of storage space. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination. There is even a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Minnie's Cabin is the exclusive clubhouse for Settlers Creek guests! Relax in luxury in the quaint log cabin among leather sofas in front of a roaring gas fireplace. Challenge your friends to a game of pool and catch the big game on the flat screen TV. There is a wet bar with a mini fridge, restrooms and showers. Wander outside to the year round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, and warm up in front of the outdoor gas fireplace with a warm cup of cocoa. Located slightly west of Keystone, the exclusive Settlers Creek complex takes you off the beaten path while still having great proximity to the mountain. We had an amazing stay! The home was extremely clean, listing was accurate and check-in and checkout was extremely easy. We love the close proximity to River run into the Keystone ski resort. We also loved the cute cozy and quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed the use of the hot tub and loved that the townhome was extremely close to the hot tub. We would definitely recommend this townhome to friends and family.

Beautiful condo for our short stay up in Keystone. The bus stop wasn’t to far from the condo and shared community rec space was great. Hot tub was just across the road. We had an absolute blast during our stay.

Great accommodations for a family of 4. The space was just what we needed and the location was great and convenient. The community vibe was also friendly and inclusive. The unit had a couple of things in need of an update…esp kitchen appliances and equipment as well the mattresses.

The proximity to the slopes was perfect and the property itself was fantastic! We enjoyed the hot in and pool. Being on the bottom floor, you do hear the folks above, both with foot traffic noise and noise late into the evening/morning, but not completely unexpected. We very much enjoyed our time.

The stay was nice and the pool and hot tubs were good too.The fold out coach mattress was pretty bad though and the two top bunk mattresses were so thin you could feel the bar under you. I did find a feather topper in the closet so used that on one the second night. There could also be some additional glasses.

We absolutely loved this beautiful townhome! It had everything we needed and it was close to the heated pool/hot tub. The neighborhood shuttle also made getting to the mountain a lot easier.

Just right!

Roomy for our family of 4. Kitchen area had plenty of room for us to prepare meals everyday. The bedrooms were just right and we didn’t feel boxed in ever. Having a washer and dryer in the unit really helped and we used them each day of our stay. Nice quite location and easy access to shuttles or short drive to River Run. Will be staying here again.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice. Spacious and clean this condo is located in a beautiful, quiet development with easy access to amenities from trails to dining, shopping and scenic byways. Would definitely stay in this condo again. This is our 2nd time using Sky Run Vacations. They are knowledgeable and helpful and actually recommended this condo over a few others I was looking at based on my travel needs. My only disappointment was one of the shower heads didn’t work well. ?

Working w SkyRun is a great experience all-around. This is my 3rd rental thru them and I continue to use them for their value: always quick to respond to any questions, address concerns and do their best to make vacation seamless. This property was good but not as good as other Settlers Creek townhomes. Living area was very comfortable and accommodated 5 adults easily. Kitchen table was enormous. Skyrun equips the bathrooms and kitchen and W/D with a great starter setup. Downsides of this unit: Cookware was on the “lite side”. Glassware was very limited. Frankly, mattresses need to be replaced.

Great place. Great location. The mountain trail at the property is one of the best we hiked on our trip. The "heated" pool could be a bit warmer, but the location was right by the townhome. We only had 1 car, so that was not a problem for us, but it would be nice to have a place to park another car. We would stay there again. I think the most people you could have there would be 6 people. More than that and it would be too small.

Wonderful, Better Than Expected!

The condo was incredibly clean, and very comfortable for my group of 4 friends. Well equipped with all the basic kitchen necessities, tastefully decorated, and pleasantly surprised by how much more modern and updated the condo is vs the photos on the listing. It also is in a convenient location to get to many of the top ski resorts. The management company also made communication and checking into the condo a breeze. I highly recommend this place, and would stay here again!

Good property only marred by construction lacking soundproofing. Had a family of 5, including 3 children under 8 above us. Nonstop loud foot traffic and banging about anytime they were home. Only relief was when they retired. Next time we rent, it will be on second or third floor.

Settlers Creek - Memorial Day Weekend 2021

Nice unit. Very clean and well appointed. We’ve stayed in Settlers Creek several times but will never again stay in a main floor unit. If anyone is above you, you will hear every footstep and every time a child yells. There’s no sound insulation at all between floors. We did have a moose literally right outside our door - 5 feet away!
