It features a private balcony with outdoor seating, an in-unit washer and dryer, and beautiful hard wood radiant heat flooring thoughout. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile from the Mountain House base area. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.
Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home-cooked meal. It features modern stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a pantry, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The adjacent dining area seats six around a chic circular dining table. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, just beyond the dining area; this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker and coffee. Or simply relax on the inviting outdoor furniture and soak in the sights and sounds of the Snake River, with slope views just beyond.
The living area offers gorgeous slope and Snake River views through the oversized windows. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch TV on the designer couch or modern chairs. Behind the living room is the first guest bedroom, which features a queen-sized bed, closet and upscale bed set. A guest bathroom is accessible both from this room and from the living area. It offers a shower and bathtub combination and a quartz countertop vanity. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The second guest bedroom is just opposite the living area and features a queen-over-queen bunk bed, cozy lounge sack, and an en suite bathroom. The attached bathroom offers a single sink vanity with a matching countertop and a shower and bathtub combination.
Heading down the hall, you will find the den, which offers an ideal place to get some work done with a dedicated workspace and comfortable desk chair. Adjacent to this space, you will find the primary suite which features a king-sized bed, large windows, a closet, and an en suite bathroom. All closets are stocked with hangers, humidifiers, and extra pillows for guest use. The en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity with quartz countertops and a standing shower adorned with beautiful gray tiling.
This vacation rental also offers a private washer and dryer for guest use, located in a closet by the entryway. For your convenience, an initial supply of laundry detergent is provided.
Guests of Clearwater Lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage equipped with a 50amp receptacle. Please note that guests must bring their own charging cords. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first-come, first-served basis.
