Christmas ski trip with family

This stay was a splurge for us, but was wonderful to spend Christmas together with our boys who are in their 20's. We actually got delicious takeout from a favorite restaurant, drank wine, and played games around the table with the fireplace going. They enjoyed having their own beds and we enjoyed the quality family time. Place was comfy and clean and close to skiing.

Room was very costly, and did not live up to its price. The room was very poorly maintained. Upon arrival the dishwasher had standing water, stunk, and was not functional. The humidifier did not work, the thermostat did not work and was never addressed after reporting, there were things repaired with duct tape, there was a chair that the leg fell out from under, which could have been a safety hazard. The room was outdated, and had very few places to sit in the living room. We also received very poor customer service from the manager Adam when these issues were reported. He essentially called us liars, even though we had pictures to prove everything. Very poorly managed and maintained property. I would recommend booking elsewhere for this price.
