Beachfront Resort - Ground Floor - Corner Unit - Steps to the Beach-Pool-Spa!

This ground-floor corner unit sits steps from the pool and beach. The lanai stays shaded in the afternoon and has privacy hedges that make it feel private and relaxing. It is family friendly with a game cupboard, beach chairs, and easy access to both the pool and ocean from the lanai.

As a larger corner unit, it includes two closets for extra storage and a desk space that is perfect for work or video calls.

We are zoned Hotel and are not affected by recent short term rental restrictions.

Condo:

• Central AC, Wireless high-speed internet, Cable TV, Telephone, Full Size Washer and Dryer in-unit

• The Bedroom has a CALIFORNIA KING BED, TV w/ cable, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, and a large closet. The Living room has a Brand New QUEEN SIZE PULL OUT COUCH w/ Memory Foam Mattress

• The Bathroom is very functional w/ a vanity that is separate from the toilet/shower.

• The Living Room has a new 40” HD Smart TV (in addition to cable TV- watch your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc). It is comfortably furnished with a couch, swivel chair, and dining table w/ 4 chairs. There is a Brand New QUEEN SIZE PULL OUT COUCH w/ Memory Foam Mattress. There are 2 twin size air-mattresses w/ sheets in the bedroom closet.

• The Kitchen is fully equipped including: dishes, cups, silverware, microwave, oven, refrigerator, blender, Keurig Coffee maker, rice maker, baking pans, teapot and many other items, plus a full spice rack to cook up your favorite dishes.

• The Lanai (aka patio) is the full width of the unit and has a table and 4 chairs w/ privacy hedges. There is a private path from the lanai - Pool and beach access are only steps away.

• This is a corner unit so it's larger than a standard Sugar Beach Resort condo and it has an extra window in the living room, making it extra light and airy.

• Additional Supplies include an extra set of sheets for the Cal King bed, 2 twin size mattresses w/ sheets, a safe in closet, 4 beach towels, and 4 beach chairs.

• Green Feature- The building has solar panels so don't feel bad about cooling down with the Central AC.

It was perfect size for just the two of us. The kitchen was very well stocked, amazing water pressure in the shower, we were steps to the pool and the ocean and it was a convenient spot to get everywhere we wanted to go on the island. I can’t think of anything else we would’ve needed except maybe a couple beach chairs we could’ve taken down to the sand, but other than that it was perfect.

Nice place, good location needs a little attention

The hosts were very easy to communicate with prior to our trip, check in was easy and we were able to finish getting the parking pass and pool code the following day after we arrived with no issue. The location of the condo is great and it was easy to get around to all the places we had wanted to see and finding great food in Kihei is always easy. My only complaints would be the place is pretty dingy and could use a good deep clean, especially the floors and bedding. We actually ended up buying some pillows the next morning after we arrived or my neck wouldn't have survived. Also, the pillows had large sweat/drool stains and some visible blood stains. The mattress covers were also visibly stained. I normally don't like to wear shoes inside due to the floors getting so dirty, but I had no choice because our feet were covered in dirt within a few minutes of walking around. We just had to keep a pair of socks on or just wore flip flops the whole time. Honestly, they are easy fixes that could make people's stays a little more comfortable and feel like actual cleaning is happening in between guests. I would recommend staying here even with the few issues because of location and the pool and ocean access were handy.

Quiet and relaxing

Perfect accommodations. Literally right on the beach. Room right next to pool which you can walk to from the patio. Beach is maybe 20-30 steps away with nice private lounging area. No streets to cross to get to the beach. Great parking and access to room. Surrounded by friendly, quiet, respectful people. Great location if you want to be away from the craziness of downtown. Highly recommend this property.

This place had EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed. We had a 9 year old and 12 year old share the pullout couch (super comfy) I might add, while we enjoyed the bedroom. The location of the condo is perfect, you’re literally 10 steps away from the pool and about 40 away from the ocean. I can say 10/10 we will be staying here again. Cute little condo

My family and I stayed here for our Christmas vacation. The condo was super cute and clean. We were greeted with a cute gift basket filled with goodies. Host provided some great toiletries such as, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, so I didn’t have to go buy some. Being on the first floor was great, it was easy access to the beach and pool. My boys utilized the pool and hot tub every night. The bed was big and comfy. My two boys slept on the sofa bed. I loved that it had a washer and dryer, we washed all of our clothes before we went home. It’s in a central location, near HWY, so it was convenient. The condo manager, Marco, was easy to get a hold of whenever we needed something, he was great. I would recommend this place to friends and families. Will definitely come back. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great spot!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4. Our kids loved the pool and the beach is private and ideal. Aging property and so this is not luxury but again great with kids.
