room has new furniture (2023). Remodeled kitchen cabinets, newly updated bathrooms. Both Bathrooms provide tub enclosures. Lots of comfy furniture with flat screen cable TV’s in the living room as well as both bedrooms. It’s well equipped, nicely decorated condo. Full Kitchen comes complete with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster and all the necessary cookware for meals at home. Accessible to you inside the unit are 4 ceiling fans, Linens, new Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, as well as two
new air conditioning units in both bedrooms. The lanai has seating for 4 with the closet stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, shade tent, beach towels and some children sand toys. There are BBQ grills, Gas Grills, outdoor showers by the two pools. There is a Tennis and
