That’s why we’ve taken additional measures beyond our industry-leading cleaning standards by partnering with RB, maker of Lysol & Dettol, to develop our Hilton CleanStay program. This innovative program builds upon our already rigorous cleaning standards by providing enhanced training for Team Members, increased cleaning of public areas and adjusted food & beverage service, to ensure our guests enjoy a worry-free stay.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Maui Bay Villas overlooks Maalaea Bay, located across the road from palm-lined beaches, within two miles from over a dozen restaurants, and 20 minutes from the Kahului Airport. 2 Bedroom Penthouse Premier (2PX)

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite offers a 138 square-foot lanai area a balcony with seating for four, and furniture, textiles and finishes that are unique to the suite. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, 55-inch TV and desk. The primary bathroom includes a vanity with a single sink, a backlit make-up mirror, TV mirror, backlit mirror and a walk-in shower with a ceiling-mounted rainhead shower head and built-in niche and stool. The toilet is in a separate room and has a washlet fully enclosed. The second bedroom is furnished with two full-XL size beds and a 55-inch TV. The second bathroom includes a single-sink vanity, TV mirror, backlit mirror, toilet and a walk-in shower with a wall-mounted rainhead shower head. The suite includes a living room with a sofa bed, 65-inch TV, dining table for six, charging station at the entrance, motorized blackout roller shades and manual sheer draperies. This suite also features a full kitchen with sink and waste disposer, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, electric range with oven, built-in microwave, built-in wine and beverage cooler and washer/dryer unit.


Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Guest internet access; self-parking; InnSpire to access apps & stream media to TV from own device; 2, 16oz water bottles per day; domestic long distance calls (30 min a day).

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.


The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.


Resort check- in time is 4 p.m., and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Maui Bay Villas by Hilton Grand Vacations is Kahului Airport which is 9.0 miles by car respectively.


Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people, if this becomes available we will upgrade your room without question and free of charge.
