Perfect family setting!

The location across from the beach was perfect for the family, and the condo itself was fantastic. Susie and Steve were SO kind and responsive, even with crazy last minute changes to our plans! The kids loved all the beach stuff and the views were amazing. Absolutely coming back!

Memorable stay at the beautiful place

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Susie's place. The ocean view is fantastic. We could see the ocean right from the big window and patio. The access to the beach is so easy. Also, the communication with Susie was very fast and effective. We would stay here again if come to Maui next time.

The property was set up perfectly for our family of five. We had a couple of issues, but the owner addressed them immediately. The view from the Lanai was amazing and we could see the whales from there. The resort property is great as well!

We had a great time at this condo! Plenty of room for our family of six adults. Great location close to beach, shopping and dining. Pool was great with lots of pool chairs. Host was very informative and easy to communicate with.

Great Location and fully stocked

Susie and Steve's condo was perfect for our stay in Kihei. It's in a great location within walking distance of several swimmable beaches, shops, and dining and comfortably slept our family of 6. It's the end unit on the second floor, right next to the stairs, but there's also an elevator just down the hall. The condo has everything you'll need- plenty of beach towels, extra linens, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and tons of beach gear. There must be 10 beach chairs in the storage closet- the really nice kind with the backpack straps, making them easy to carry to the beach. Only the front bedroom with the twin/queen combo and the living room have A/C, which we were a little surprised to learn. The master bedroom gets a little warm in the late afternoon, but there's an oscillating fan to pull cooler air from the living room and as long as we kept the door open and fan on, it wasn't too bad. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Maui

We stayed at Susie’s with my family for my niece’s wedding nearby and we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and well equipped with a beautiful view from the master bed and the living room with two balconies. The house had anything you needed for your outing on the beach, they even had water shoes that came very handy when we visited few waterfalls. Susie was so nice trying to accommodate us with an early check in since we had an early flight and had my 80 old mom with us who needed to get home after our flight. She was prompt in answering our questions and very sweet leaving us with a basket of snacks. The complex is close to everything and very well maintained. We enjoyed a night of picnic in their picnic area that was well lit and equipped with seats, bbq and shade. I would definitely recommend Susie’s condo if you are planning to stay in Maui.

Paradise!

This spot was easily the nicest travel destination we have stayed at. The unit was beautiful, well kept and inviting. Two patios provided a nice refuge in the evening from the fun filled days in Maui. The property was so well maintained with beautiful lawns and gardens to meander through when heading to the beach. The beaches closest to the condos were the nicest on Kihei road and are super close allowing us to catch the sunset at the beach every night we stayed. The unit came equipped with chairs, toys, snorkels, umbrellas and body boards so that the ocean and beach could be fully enjoyed without having to go out and buy anything. Our evenings were spent at the bbq areas where we were able to prepare our own meals and enjoy them in the beautiful grounds. The kids loved spending time on the pool deck after sundown.

Wonderful Condo - Perfect Location

We loved the location (so close to the Kam III beach) and the condo had great space - perfect for our family of 5. Very clean. It had all the amenities we needed: plenty of beach equipment, beach towels, and all the extra little things that really make vacation easy (like an ice maker, dishwasher, washer & dryer, etc). Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Owners were great about communication. We hope to come back to Maui and stay in this condo again. It really was perfect!

This condo is in a perfect location, with ocean views from both balconies - a short walk to the beach across the road and many restaurants and store. The condo has absolutely everything anyone would need - from laundry, to boogie boards and books - we found what we needed and more. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

A home away from home

Excellent property, very comfortable and had everything we required and more. All of our requests for our little one were met - pack and play, high chair, lots of sand toys. What a great view - sunsets every night. Location to beach and other amenities was superb.

Comfortable, Clean, View, Amenities, Location, Home Away From Home

A family of 5 adults stayed here for a week, and we had a few requirements: (1) View of the ocean = check! We loved watching the sunset every evening with the trees, the skies and the breeze. (2) Clean and comfortable = check! The linens, towels, and floors we were clean upon arrival. The beds were Temper-pedic-like brand new. The floors were easy to clean as it was all tiles. The place had a complete set of broom, mop, vacuum cleaner to keep the floors maintained daily. (3) Washer/Dryer in unit = check! Can't go to Hawaii (esp for a week) without this. It lightened our load when packing since we could just wash, but it also allowed us to run a wash of linens and towels midway through our stay (and prior to departing to help out, though not necessary). (4) Dining table to accommodate 5 adults = check! Most 2-bedroom condos in Maui did not have this and it was a treasure to find this at the price. We loved exploring the food and fruits in the island and eating them together at home (or for breakfast) was special. (5) If 2nd floor to higher, an elevator = check! At first, it was due to 2 people with bad knees, but the reality was it made bringing all our swimming gear and grocery shopping in/out easier. (6) Safe and free parking = check! We came in through a keypad gated parking spot that was not far from the elevator, and not far from our unit. (7) Air-condition = check! There are 2 split-duct A/C in the condo, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. While there is the beautiful breeze, there is the hot hours in the afternoon that we needed to turn the A/C on. Most people are out and about all day and you may only need it to cool down after coming in. Upon checking in with the main condo complex frontdesk, we were welcomed with so many treats by the owner. Very sweet, really! The fridge was stock with water bottles and canned spritz. The kitchen was complete with all amenities! The bathrooms were also well-stock bath/soap and toilet papers. Beach gears were also complete! The owners were easy to communicate with. It was like having frontdesk and concierge at my fingertips. My questions were mostly, "Oh, where would I find this... and that..." and it was always available and answered immediately. No complaints at all. I was surprised by the $44 resort fee upon check-in, but I'm not complaining. Perhaps I just didn't see it listed. The overall price beat anything in the island and the location!

Stop Searching! I Promise This Is the Place You Have Been Looking For!

My experience was amazing from the moment I booked this condo. Susie and Steve immediately reached out and offered amazing suggestions to help plan my trip. Not only did we get an amazing home to stay at they helped with our rental car, excursions, luau, ect. The Condo is very spacious. We were a family of 6 and we had plenty of room. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is supplied for you. The beach, talk about location....We just had to walk across the street and enjoy the best beach on Maui. We will be back and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Fabulous Stay

We had a fabulous time staying at this property! It’s perfectly located across the street from some of the best beaches on Maui. We loved the Hawaiian decor and the unit had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The best part was the extraordinary view of the ocean from the living room and lanai. Great stay and location

The location is great. Right across from the beach and just a short walk to a multitude of restaurants and shops. The condo was just as described and was perfect for our stay. The hosts were great at communicating and sent a nice note with a list of recommended things to see and do and was quick to respond to any of our questions. Everything that was needed was included in the condo and was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again.
