This 5 bedroom, 5 bath ocean view home in Kill Devil Hills is the PERFECT place for your large group – including your furry friend since it's dog friendly! The large private pool and hot tub will be thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family. When it's beach time, just take a quick 4-minute walk to the E. Lake Drive Public Beach Access, only 0.2 miles away, or a 1-minute drive to the Eighth Street Public Beach Access, only 0.4 miles away!

As you enter through the ground level, your eyes will surely widen at first sight of the rec room. This room comes equipped with a large, mounted HDTV, wet bar, and a pool table with a gorgeous beige felt top. There's also a large, wooden checkers game in another room of the home. The ground level also holds a queen ensuite with a private bathroom. Out back, you'll find the large saltwater pool (including optional heat), hot tub, and plenty of deck space for kicking back with the ones you love.

Venture to the mid-level and you'll find three other bedrooms. Two king ensuite bedrooms come with their own ensuite bathrooms. The last bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (single over Queen bed) as well as an additional Queen bed, and has a nearby hall bath. Kick your feet up on the mid-level deck with swinging chairs or on the screened-in mid-level porch! Plus, all three mid-level bedrooms have private deck access!

The top-level holds the last bedroom: a king ensuite bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a large, jetted tub. This bedroom offers private access to the top-level deck. Once you're on the deck, take the small staircase up to the crow's nest for an unbeatable view of the beautiful Kill Devil Hills town! The living area boasts large cathedral ceilings, an HDTV, and a gas fireplace – no better place to share laughs and make memories with your family during your stay! The dining area offers a beautiful, elongated table with seating for 8, a smaller table with seating for 2, and extra bar seating for 4 more! The kitchen includes hanging pendant lights over the bar and every appliance you'll need for preparing sizzling seafood creations.

Afterward, swing by Lost Treasure Golf to try your luck at a fun treasure-themed mini-golf course or if it's raining, catch the latest blockbuster at the nearby movie theater. Try your luck on Avalon Fishing Pier and see what kind of titans you can reel in! Also, Outer Banks Brewing Station offers fun for the entire family! They have cornhole and acoustic performances in the large outdoor fenced-in area most nights from 6-9 PM and live bands for the adults from 10 PM to 2 AM!

Situated in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, Sandy Feet Retreat's great location makes it easy to walk to all of your favorite restaurants and local attractions. Easily shop for all the supplies you'll need during your trip at the nearby Food Lion or Publix supermarkets. When you're hungry in the mornings, head to Bob's Grill for a breakfast of champions! If you're super hungry you can try their dozen-egg omelet, but we bet you won't finish it. Prove us wrong! For lunch, you can't go wrong with a sandwich from Country Deli -- we recommend the 'Wright Brothers Trio', super-stacked with ham, turkey, roast beef, and bacon!. If you're craving a burger, stop in and grab a delicious one from the unbeatable Kill Devil Grill! Noosa's Beach Grille is a prime choice for an impeccable dinner. They've got it all – from fish and chips to filet mignon to shrimp and grits and everything in between. You can also try the savory, island-inspired seafood cuisine of Mama Kwan's! After dinner, quench your thirst with any choice from the tasty, local craft beer selection offered at Swells'a Brewing.
