The private pool is great for when you've had a little too much beach time and the hot tub is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Big house but needs deep cleaning

The house was big enough for our family of 24. The theatre room was nice. The DVD player didn’t work but we found a movie on Netflix to watch..once we found a remote that worked. The pool area had lots of chairs, a hot tub and a bar/grill area. We paid extra for the pool to be heated but the water felt cold and was 76 degrees while we were there. The panel box showed it was set at 87 so we’re not sure what happened there. Loved the game room and exercise room with the sauna. There are two arcade games but only one worked and it didn’t have any sound. It was nice to have a kitchen downstairs to put lunch and drinks in. The guest that slept on the 1st floor had several big spiders in her room and bathroom over a few day period. We killed a cockroach on the 3rd floor also. The cleanliness of the whole house was not great. When we first arrived we could feel sand on our bare feet as if the floors had not been mopped. We had to spend time cleaning as the bottoms of our feet were getting black just from walking around the house. The ceiling fans had an inch of dust on them and one of them on the third floor had painters tape on it. We noticed the ceiling vents had black mold on them. The outside porches were dirty. Many dishes were put away with food on them, including silverware. Gross! We washed everything before using it. It’s close to beach but not an easy walk as you have to go up a lot of steps. Overall the house is nice with a lot of amenities but deep cleaning is needed!

Beautiful location wonderful house!

This is our second stay at this home! This house is incredible. You have enough space for a very large family. There is room to be together play games laugh and have fun. Yet there is room for some alone time or areas to get away from the chaos! It is a quick walk to the beach (with lots of steps as expected) and a fantastic location. The private pool is a must have for us and it was used everyday. The rooms are spacious and the furnishings are beautiful with a “homey” feel. We really love this house! I would recommend this to friends and or family. The cons: The house needs a good cleaning. It’s a beach house yes- but the washing machines stunk (easy to fix). The ceiling fans and vents had a lot of dust on them. (Easy fix). The refrigerators in kitchen didn’t dispense ice, and very slow with water. (Minor maintenance issues). The basement area by the back door had mold/ mildew and during storms/ rain it gets slick- my niece did fall and hit her head. We scrubbed the area as best we could and bought a large mat to cover the area for our stay to prevent further injury. I reported all these to maintenance, so hopefully these minor problems get resolved quickly.

Memorable beach week mansion getaway

Stayed here June 2023 with 8 families (25 people). Massive house with room for everyone and spaces to get away if you needed it. Very well-equipped with dishes/pots/pans/appliances, double and triple of major appliances and washer dryers which was convenient. Pool and hot tub were used way more than the beach so a great perk also. Little appliances did not work (hand mixer, blender), but all large appliances kept up with big meals. All beds comfortable, new and modern decor, movie theater room a huge hit with kids. Would stay again in a heartbeat if I ever needed a huge group vacation again!

Beautiful home that suited our needs perfectly.

We came together to celebrate 11 years of being cancer free. The house allowed each couple to have their own room with there own bathroom. The house is well equipped with the exception of a cutting board, a mop, and some kitchen towels. Everything else that you could want or need was in the house.

Perfect Home for a Large Family Vacation

This was the perfect home for our 4 generation family vacation with family members ranging in age from 87 to 1 1/2. It was close to the beach and had plenty to do inside the house on the rainy days.

Escape from Quarantine

This beautiful home was the ideal location for our 27 family members ranging in age from 12-83. We all had plenty of personal space but especially enjoyed being together in the big, comfy common areas. Loved the proximity to the beach.
