This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo features fresh paint in the living room, a new area rug, a new coffee table and side tables, new lamps, a new bedroom bedspread, a Roku TV in the bedroom, and a new kitchen table. Comfortable and maintained, this condo has beautiful mahogany tile flooring throughout and gorgeous oceanfront views. This freshly decorated condo offers sunrise views from the private oceanfront balcony with a pub table and two chairs and a Keurig coffee maker has been added by the owner for those coffee lovers to enjoy a fresh cup of java! Conveniently located near beach access and fitness room. The bedroom features a king-size bed with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Pet friendly (with a fee), beds made, washer/dryer in the unit, and free WiFi.

Great view

Winter quiet getaway during COVID. Everything worked and was as stated. Beautiful beach. Couch is not very comfortable due to years of service but clean.

Long weekend get away

My husband and I had not visited the Outerbank yet and chose a long off season weekend to explore. Kill Devil Hills was very convenient for short exploratory excursions north one day and south the next. The condo made visiting during COVID very safe. We had lots of take out options available. One note of caution, the code on the door changes before 10:00 am departure date and we almost locked ourselves out while loading up. We will recommend First Flight condos to our friends in the DC area.

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a nice weekend in Kill Devil Hills at this one bedroom condo. We stayed in November, caught great weather. Condo felt clean and well taken care of. Right on the beach, easy access to local restaurants and activities. Would stay here again and would recommend!
