Inside, you'll discover an open concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The first level features a bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a freestanding double bed, as well as a queen ensuite bedroom.

Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious king ensuite bedroom, providing a serene and comfortable space to relax.

Convenient parking is available beneath the home.

Guests who stay at Sunbeam Sands have access to all of the exclusive amenities of Colington Harbour. This gated community includes a boat launch, sound side park, playground, picnic area and basketball court. For guests who'd like to bring their boat, slips are available for weekly rental at the marina.

Overall our stay was amazing!! quick response when I had questions, clean house, nicely decorated & comfy beds! My only complaint was it was hard to keep the down stairs bedrooms cool at night without freezing people upstairs (I am a hot sleeper.) My husband and son definitely enjoyed having the dock to fish off!!
