Amazing central hotel the room was amazing and the maid service plus all the extras like hairdryer iron board tea coffee will definitely be back Only one set back they had no bureau exchange in the hotel should maybe think about it in this day and age all the hotels mostly can do the basic sterling to euro exchange

This hotel is beautiful! You just feel, embraced in old world charm! The room was lovely, well appointed, offering every comfort we needed. The staff was professional and very helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel, and love to stay there again.

A nice stay in a good location. We had travelled from the UK and check in wasn’t till 3pm and no earlier. There were bags everywhere in the lobby when we arrived as check out was at 12. When we returned our bags had been dropped to our room which was lovely. Overall an ok stay

Just find that the hotel has gone down hill recently. Have stayed here maybe 20 times over the last few years but the last few times there seems to be a rough crowd staying there. Room was on the second floor and there was a constant smell of hash all evening and night. Was revolting.

The hotel was good for being central. The room was 204. A few pigeons each morning were very annoying outside the window. Then with a light breeze the window in the room sounds like there is a hurricane outside with very noisy whistleing from the window. Easily solved with a small bit of mai tenance. The same with the wet guard screen on the bath that doesnt stop the water pooling outside the bath on the floor. We mentioned the issues to staff who werent too suprised and didnt show much interest in it being an issue for their guests. Room was dab other than that despite being too close to the stairs hearing everyone on the floor heading to and from the stairs or lift area even after requesting a room away from the lift.
