Worse place i have ever stayed, old, dirty, tiny, no walk in shower as advertised, shower in a bathtub. Dont be fooled by the nice website photos. Filthy toilet, light switches, floors. Powerpoint in bathroom was hanging off the wall. The whole floor was leaning, like it was sinking. Before i entered the room, i asked if i could move rooms nearer to the car, all the car parks out the front of our unit were all taken, was told all booked out....was not true. Very noisy, trucks going past all night.

Great spot to stay in Kilmore. Comfortable room and close enough to the town to walk for dinner or Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, McDonald’s and KFC are literally next door!

We were given an upgrade and the room was very clean and quiet. The Morel is on the main road with KFC and MacDonald's next door, and Woolworths across the road as well as a bakery. Very well situated, with easy walking to cafes and shops. We would definitely stay there again.

First room we were given smelt of mold, bathroom smelt of old urine and the tiles were dirty. Could see patch repairs along the wall, asked to change rooms and was met with a rude response. There was quite a few of us who had booked roos too. Next room nuch better but customer service was poor.

We arrived late and all arrangements are convenient for this. The room is new, beautiful and colours are relaxing. The bed was 'just right' for sleeping so we had an excellent experience, there is nothing to complain about or change. Keep up this A standard.

We ended up getting a free upgrade. Our room was clean and deco was lovely! The bathroom was nice and big and the water preassure ws great! A nice touch was that we cpuld choose what type of milk we could have :)

It's a small room, but comfortable. I slept well. The refrigerator doesn't properly work. I turned it to its coldest setting and still it would not freeze my Esky bottles. In fact the surrounds of the freezer part had melted water on it this morning, not frozen. The bathroom could do with somewhere to put things. There is room beside the shower for a small table.
