Excellent location just off the Platzl in the midst of Kimberley. Super friendly staff. Clean and stylish. Loved the complimentary coffee and cookies. Make sure you enjoy the wood-fired sauna and outdoor shower. Was the best way to end a busy day.

This is one of the nicest and most unique properties I’ve ever stayed at. The price was completely reasonable and it included an excellent breakfast buffet selection. I would never stay in any other hotel but this boutique hotel if I were in the Kimberley area again. We can tell this is a labour of love hotel, and we appreciate every aspect of it. You will not regret staying here. Dog friendly.

The property is beautiful and lots of attention to detail. Breakfast staff was amazing. I didn’t like the fact that there is no staff on site after 9 pm. Our first night it was extremely loud from guests partying in the lobby until 1 am. I also did not feel entirely safe because when I asked the door code for exterior doors for after hours access, they told me they do not lock the doors at night because it’s “more of an inconvenience” to lock it. I arrived to the hotel after 9 and my key cards didn’t work . I called the off site staff and they told me I could wait 10 minutes or use the master key card and proceeded to tell me where the master key card was without confirming my identity.

The boutique Hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Staff were very helpful, cheerful and aimed to please. This is a pet friendly hotel. Beware of barking dogs.
