This Kings Beach vacation rental has everything you are seeking in your next mountain getaway. When you stay at Tahoe Bear House, you will enjoy the gorgeous views. The sliding glass doors lead to the back patio equipped with a gas grill.

The Space:
The kitchen offers a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, blender and more. Enjoy a homemade meal at the picnic style table.

Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are equipped with queen beds. Bedroom 1 features a TV. A common shared bathroom comes with the shower/tub combo.

Kings Beach is a prime spot in North Lake Tahoe. Known for its outstanding public beach, kick back attitude, and easy access to mountain resorts. Of course, the sandy beach is right there and you can rent kayaks and other equipment. You'll have access to plentiful restaurants as well as a movie theater and a golf course.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
