**No street parking is allowed during November to May. Park in garage and/or driveway. No parking on lawns or dirt.
All trash must be secured in bear box located in the driveway of the home. Do not leave any trash outside as it will attract animals and bears.

This vacation home truly made our stay unforgettable. The hosts were outstanding—so thoughtful and welcoming. They had everything ready for our large group, from the smallest spoon to the coziest comforter. Highly suggest this vacation home.

We have stayed here many times over the last few years. This is the first time with the new hosts. Kieth and Kourtney have been very welcoming and professional in all communications with us. They have made many updates to the home mostly with new appliances in the kitchen. The aging plumbing has also been upgraded. It is a great house for a larger group - there were five adults in our group. It would comfortably accommodate six adults or 4 adults and 4 children. The house is situated in lovely quiet neighborhood in the hills overlooking Lake Tahoe. It is truly a lovely little slice of paradise.
