This three-story home sleeps four guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the ground-floor living area.

Sleep soundly on the queen-size bed in the second bedroom.

This home is not appropriate for parties. The property does not have a washer/dryer or air-conditioning.

When you want to hit the slopes, Diamond Peak Ski Resort is just 15 minutes away - as is Incline Village. Drive 20 minutes to Northstar or 30 minutes to Squaw Valley. Dining and shopping can be found minutes away in Crystal Bay, Kings Beach, and Tahoe Vista.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
