Choseley Cottage is a contemporary and spacious house in the pretty, and well serviced village, Docking. This modern house sleeps six over three bedrooms.
The property has been designed to the highest standard and boasts upside down living, with the large kitchen dining and living space on the first floor to enjoy the wonderful rural views across the Norfolk landscape. There is a good sized enclosed garden to the side of the property which benefits from being south facing, making it a great space for relaxing and al fresco dining. Choseley Cottage is brilliantly located, being just 7 miles to Sandringham Estate, 5 miles to Brancaster beach, 5 miles to Burnham Market and 7 miles to Hunstanton. You can’t get much more ideal than this! If you love modern designs, rural views and want to explore the north Norfolk coast as well as West Norfolk then look no further!
Ground Floor
Walk into spacious hallway with all three bedrooms and utility room located on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1 is at the front of the property and features a large King-sized bed with stylish furniture including wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table with stool. This bedroom also features a wonderful en-suite bath, separate rainfall shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2 is located to the rear of the house and also boats a King-sized bed with a striking blue velvet headboard which perfectly matches the blue dressing table with a vanity lit mirror. The blue theme continues with the blinds and lampshade. The room is finished with a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 is a very light room with twin beds which can be found at the front of the house.
The Family Bathroom splits bedrooms 2 and 3 and has again been finished to a premium standard. The room features a walk in shower, WC and washbasin.
The ground floor is completed by a Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer. This room also leads to the back door and access to the garden and parking area.
First Floor
Walk up the oak staircase and into the spacious and light living area featuring Kitchen, Dining area and Lounge.
The Kitchen has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and is extremely well equipped with a range master cooker, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is ample crockery and cutlery, making it the perfect space to socialise.
