This superb space has been beautifully designed by the owners and the games room and heated outdoor dining area can be found through the gate at the bottom of the garden which is perfect for lazy lunches after returning from seaside walks, or evening sundowners and barbecues. Back inside, the large sitting room boasts a stunning feature fireplace with wood burning stove and the cosy family room has plenty of space for lounging in front of the wood burning stove and enjoying the range of traditional toys and games on offer for all ages or wall mounted smart television with all the trimmings including online PS4 with two controllers.

Downstairs you'll find three bedrooms and a shower room, along with a separate study, ideal for those who need to work from home. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, both of which offer modern comfort and luxurious high quality bed linen, with the master bedroom boasting an en-suite bathroom and an attached, fully-furnished nursery, this house caters for your every need. The owners have also created a quiet reading area for those of you looking to enjoy a few moments alone.

This property certainly delivers on space and quality, but when you're not enjoying yourself at Grace Cottage, make sure to take the provided beach wagon, chairs and stroller to head down to the coast for daytime seaside fun and evening sunset chill-outs.

Grace Cottage is located in the heart of the village with Heacham Stores, post office, Boots and the children's playground with skate park all at the end of Neville Road. The High Street is home to Breakfast and Brownies for sweet treats, whilst Modern Story blends retro store with artisan cafe right on the doorstep of Tesco Express (which has an external cashpoint). In addition to the village's permanent restaurants and pubs, Bordoli's wood fired pizzas is to be found on Wednesday evenings outside the Sports and Social Club, whilst both Lidl and Lavender Hill Services are located on the edge of the village, close to the famous Norfolk Lavender.

Heacham sits on the Norfolk Coast Path, with the beachside promenade providing an accessible walking route northwards to Hunstanton, as well as the scenic path running southwards through the nature reserve of Wild Ken Hill to the RSPB Snettisham. Heacham's beaches are not only dog-friendly all year-round, but are among the few in eastern England where the sun sets over the sea rather than the land.
