The hotel was convenient for my purposes. The property is huge and a little confusing when navigating the hallways, arcade and pool area. Room was clean and n good condition, greatt mattress. The hallways are dark and could use new carpets

Our rooms bathroom ceiling actively leaked water. And had big black mold and stains. Who knows what water is leaking either shower, toilet, or sink. I’m hoping it was the sink. Also no room service our entire stay of four days. Definitely don’t recommend. When I told them about this they just shrugged and said sorry for you. Don’t go there.

It is a nice hotel. We had a room facing the common area, so there wax no light and we could not open the curtains.. It was a bit noisy from the pool and gym area… I wish we were told about it in advance.. Otherwise the room was nice..

Great service, lots of amenities like pool, game area, bar, etc. Key cards kept not working, leaving us locked out of the building once and out of our room a second time. Room was clean but we found out we had a mouse loose in the room when we weren't around. I came back to a snack I had wrapped in foil earlier thay day ripped open and partialy eaten. Other than those 2 factors it wasn't the worst place i've been.

There was no fresh air in the room. Our windows faced an enclosed inner courtyard with a swimming pool, and the chemical smell from the pool was overwhelming. I woke up in the middle of the night and had to step outside just to breathe fresh air. Unfortunately, instead of a restful night’s sleep, we ended up with headaches. It was a disappointing experience.
