Rooms looked clean and updated. But our room 716 was not very sound proof. Seemed like the ac ducting was vibrating and was really annoying. Good thing we were only staying one night. Otherwise this hotel is in a great location. Also FYI parking is $35 plus tax.

Excellent location. Great dining options. Only downside is the cost of parking $35 a night. A bit of a surprise for Kingston. Maybe downtown Toronto. Likely mentioned in hotel details but didnot check for it.

Beautiful renovated hotel. Great lobby and bar, the mixologist asked questions on how we wanted our cocktail and it turned out amazing. The room and clean bathroom were comfortable. Could be a little bit more sound proof, the AC or something was noisy and could hear the kids next door.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. This stay was part of our 20th anniversary celebration. The check in was not great. The associate was difficult to understand and not at all friendly and slightly argumentative. Expedia stated that the parking was free, however she stated it was not and was going to charge us $35 per night. She finally comped it as our gift for our anniversary. Touching. Our other issues were the lack of water pressure. There was only one robe provided. There should be an ice machine on each floor, or told at the front desk that our floor did not have one. There were no brochures available. When asked at the front desk for recommendations for sites, it seemed like no one lived in Kingston and there was nothing offered. Also, the TV selections were very poor. After walking the city all day. it would have been nice to settle back and watch TV. I expected more from a chain like Marriott.
