The pool was a good temperature and looked clean, but was too small to fit two families. Breakfast was good. The pool pump broke on our last day. We suspect the water was dirty before the pool closed, as my son and I left the hotel with stomach aches and diarrhea.

Clean, brand new HI Express designed for drivers and located close to a 401 exit. Around the corner from the INVISTA Centre. And 20 minutes drive to downtown. Free parking and breakfast with all the food groups. Small indoor pool popular with families. Check-in was very smooth. Being off the main street in a business park with spread out industrial structures made walking anywhere unappealing.

A trip serendipity! Pristine areas all over. Signing makes it easier to find the services available. Decor is simple, but elegant making guests feel in a fancy hotel. The evening front desk lady has exceptional customer service skills. Booked two rooms and both were beautiful and comfortable. Complimentary fresh coffee available 24 hrs is also a nice touch to make guests feel welcome. Parking and breakfast included made it a great deal.

Front door smoking

I had to walk through a person smoking at the front door. I told a staff member. After they investigated the person told me that there was no one smoking at the front door. I will reserve comment on that answer

Unacceptable front door smoking

I walked through the front door and could not avoid a smoker so I start the day smelling like smoke. I told a staff member someone was smoking and they investigated and proceeded to tell me there was no one out there smoking. I’m not sure this person would understand the ramifications of their inaction as the point was completely missed.
