We booked a room with a queen bed and sofa bed. When we arrived we were given a double bed and sofa bed. The walls were dusty, bed sheets were stained. The website says that service animals are allowed however one of the workers confronted my partner and told him we would be charged a $500 fee for our REGISTERED service animal being there. We informed her that in Ontario if someone requires a service animal you cannot deny them or charge an additional fee as those animals are needed. After showing our dogs paperwork She proceeded to tell us our dog was not a service animal and we would be charged the $500 fee. I would not recommend staying here!

A good stay; at a facility located conveniently near the freeway. Although other, similar accommodation further afield is available at slightly more competitive quotes, yet the quote available here was still competitive. I would be pleased to stay here again.
