Tervetuloa kauniiseen järvitalomme, joka sijaitsee vain 300 metrin päässä Greeson-järvestä, kätkeytyneenä Quachita-vuorten juurelle. Järvi on suoraan kadun toisella puolella kodistamme. Voit käynnistää vesijettilelujasi Self Creek Boat Rampissa, joka on alle mailin päässä kodistamme.

Tupakointi kielletty. Pitää olla 25 vuotta vuokrata. 25-vuotiaan tai sitä vanhemman vuokralaisen on oltava mukana 24 vuotta täyttäneessä. Ilmainen Wi-Fi sisältyy loman. Kotimme on kaksikerroksinen 2500 neliömetrin 3 makuuhuoneen, 2. 5 kylpyjä. Etu- ja takakuistilla on koko talon pituus. Sekä etu- että takakuistilla on keinu- ja kattotuuletin, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja. Takakuistilla on kaasugrilli ruoanlaitto-iloasi varten. Älä grilli kuistilla tulipalon / savun takia. Takapiha on suljettu ketjun aidalla. Makuuhuone sijaitsee portaita alas king-size-vuodepaikkaa. Olohuone, keittiö, ruokailutila on avoin konsepti. Keittiössä on pitkä baari / saari, jossa on kuusi baarituolia. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu. Olohuoneessa on kaksi sohvaa ja lepotuoli. Yksi sohva on vuodesohva. On maalaistalo näyttää piknikpöytä ruokailumahdollisuuksillesi. Lisäksi ruokailutilassa on biljardipöytä / ilmakiekko pöytä viihdettä varten. Siellä on myös lukuisia lautapelejä, palapelejä ja kortteja. Puolikylpy sijaitsee portaita alas avuksesi. Käytössäsi on pesutupa, jossa edessä oleva pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Yläkerrassa on kylpyhuone. Kaksi makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat yläkerrassa. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-kerrossänky ja alaosa pohjassa sekä kaksi erillistä päällä. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin. Kaikki kylpypyyhkeet toimitetaan. Kahden hengen ja kaksi täysin puhallettua patjaa toimitetaan tarvittaessa. Syöttötuoli ja pack n play ovat saatavilla. Ole hyvä ja tarkista tarkkaan oleskelevien vieraiden määrä. Jokaisesta yli kuudesta vieraasta on lisämaksu per yö. Omakotitalo ja varastotila ei ole saatavana vieraiden käyttöön. Tämä talo ei ole vammainen arvioitavissa. Greeson-järvi on kaunis järvi veneilyyn, hiihtoon, kajakkiin, vesiskootterin ajamiseen ja / tai kalastukseen.

Bear Creek -polut sijaitsevat alle kilometrin päässä kiinteistöstä Daisy State Park -puistossa. Polkuja on 31 mailia. 31 mailia ylittää kallioiset menot sekalaisen mänty- ja tammimetsän läpi. Se alkaa Daisy State Parkista ja kulkee lähellä Kirby Landing- ja Bear Creek-virkistysalueita, päättyen Rough Mountainin länsipäähän.

Mining Adventure

Beautiful property and house. We are Science teachers with a group of students from our Math and Science Club. Property was perfect for our stay. Conveniently located between the mines. In the afternoon we cooled off in the lake. The host was very nice and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this rental!

This was such a beautiful home. It was well set up and stocked. Very comfortable, and easy space to relax. Had pack-n-play and high chair, and a fully fenced backyard. This made traveling with our toddler SO much easier.
Fully fenced backyard (also bubbles and other outside toys available.) There was a BBQ, and corn hole and such beautiful porch swings and chairs too.

Very roomy and perfect family spaces

We went to the Diamond Mine with our Grandchildren and Daughter. We saved money by cooking most meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The large bedrooms upstairs with multple bed options was perfect for our mixed group. And my husband and I were tucked away in the master downstairs. The kids enjoyed the yatmrd toys and indoor games, movies. The host has thoughtfully placed needed extra items everywhere.

Great find!

We had a fantastic stay in this cabin near the lake. The children (3 - 15) had plenty of room to play. Well furnished, clean, and in a good location for the activities we wanted to do. Definitely recommend!

Spacious home great amenities

Our family converged here from Jonesborough TN, Ft Worth TX and Justin TX. Had a great family visit. Loved the spacious rooms and plenty of beds per room, though we didn’t need that many was nice that they were available. Good to know if we do another trip to this area and more family comes that there will be enough beds. ❤️❤️.

This property was perfect for us! The house was very clean, smelled good, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. The rooms are spacious and nicely laid out, and every room had an oscillating fan in addition to a ceiling fan. We were concerned about having one 50 gallon water heater, but we never ran out of hot water as it must have recovered quickly. We were able to drive our four wheelers directly to the trails. No trailering, which we loved!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We were looking for a place that was central to everywhere we were planning to go and had space for us and the kids. This place was just the spot. It had everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the house is very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our time at this lake house. It was spacious. The kitchen had almost everything you could think of. The beds were comfortable. While some in our party could work the shower, others couldn't. Maybe below the makeup remover a quick snapshot of how to use the shower properly. Loved having a washer and dry, we went home with no laundry. The beds were very comfortable in all the rooms. We had a great time with the games ( outdoor and indoor), fire pit, grill, and swings. The host was very accommodating. She gave us excellent recommendations for things to do in and around the area. We loved everything while we visited this area. We visited Crater diamond mine, Albert Pike, Hot Springs, Indian Village, and *our favorite* Little Missouri Falls. Everything was very straight forward based on what host said and the reviews that I read. We loved this place as Our Happy Place! We can't wait to go again with a few extra family members next time and stay longer :)

Could not have asked for a better rental!!!

This rental from the booking process to leaving the property was a dream! We absolutely loved it! The host was exceptional, friendly, accommodating, and every other glowing adjective I can think of. We have stayed in a lot of places and this, by far, has been the best. The beds are super comfortable and well arranged, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, living space was huge, and the bathrooms were very spacious. Everything was super clean upon arrival, and we just settled right in. We had family and friends camping at Daisy, and this rental was about one mile from there, so the location was ideal. We will definitely be booking this rental again. If you are looking for a rental in this location, I can’t say it enough, DO IT! You won’t regret it!!!

Cozy lake retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have family nearby in Dierks and if you know anything about the area, you realize there aren’t any hotels. The closest are either De Queen or Nashville. Deciding to VRBO a house instead of booking multiple hotel rooms turned out to be an excellent decision. This home was spacious and cozy. The owner thought of everything we might need and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great place: Very clean and well taken care of. Not on lake but within walking distance. We figured that not being right on the lake was really better for us. Rent a boat slip less than 1 mile away - spend the day on lake then come back to house and not have to worry about the kids near the water… Fenced in back yard with plenty of room for them to play—- we will be back

We didn’t want to leave!

The loved the home when pulled up. The place is relaxing, comfortable, homey, kids loved it! It was perfect right down to the porch swings! We even met some nice neighbors and said hi! Close by to many activities for families to do. Ms. Garrett expectations were very clear with with the rules of the property, and easy to follow. This one by far was the best VRBO’s on our family list! We will be back.

Nice get away!

The place was exactly like the description stated in the listing. It was beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed our time visiting, playing games, and fishing. I recommend this place especially if you want to be close to the lake.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED this home!

Ms. Shantay contacted us to let us know we could check-in earlier than 4:00 p.m. We were so excited to be able to start our trip there and not worry about the check-in time. The house is extremely spacious. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The house had everything we needed. There was plenty of towels, blankets, kitchenware. The AC is ahh-mazing! Ms. Shantay has many games that we played. Quiet neighborhood. Lake around the corner. We visited Crater of Diamonds. No luck! It was a great experience. This is out of Ms. Shantay's control, but this county is a "dry" county. There are no alcohol sales. Other than that, It was really nice being able to get the teenagers/young adults away from their cell phones! If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Peaceful spot

We were there with two families. House was plenty large enough to spread out. Nice peaceful location. Plenty to do at the house if rained in for everyone. Close enough to the diamond mine and hot springs.
