Great location for all of Kirkwood's activities any time of the year. The building has a communal lounge, bbq deck and hot tub (Hot tub is in use during winter).

Full kitchen, two full bathrooms and a kitchenette for all your entertaining needs. Beds are very comfortable and easy to pull out or put away when hanging out.
