Staff was ok. People were partying in the hallways until two in the morning. I ask guest services to kindly ask them to be quiet. The hotel did buy us breakfast for the mixup and then tried to charge us for it when we checked out and accused us of spending money at the bar. Will never be returning to this hotel very unprofessional run.
