Definitely would stay here again. My negative, was that it was diffcult to find the parking, as it Was not very well sign posted ,nor the instructions to get into the underground parking area. But luckily for me, the manager was there to help, but he did inform me that some of the time this is no the case. Just needs clear, concise instructions on parking and key entry.

We parked our car in the underground parking. When we tried to check out, the garage door was broken. We couldn’t leave. We stuck in the property for a few hours, which was completely messed up our plan. Don’t even mention we need to go to YYZ that evening. Then we were offered to have Ubers to go outside for lunch, and were told that the property would claim the expenses. So far we haven’t received any fund from the property after a month. It was a terrible experience.

Nice spacious apartment with excellent views

The apartment was VERY nice. Love the space, the decor, and the view. I did not get a chance to check out the facilities. Was there visiting family. Ample space for the 4 of us. Only downside is that getting in was a bit confusing. Had to install an app on my phone. Notifications were sent to spam for some reason. But now that I know how it works, would definitely go again.

Excellent place just like home. Kiddie corner to my son do very convenient. Love the area. Very walkable. Great grocery shopping at Vincenzo’s. Lala’s social house for dinner was outstanding!

Check-in and check-out very easy. Room was spacious and clean. Only downside was that I wasn’t able to access the fitness room 24/7 as my key wouldn’t unlock the door. Contact person was not able to resolve the issue right away so I didn’t get to try the gym. Looked nice through the window!
