So we noticed the fridge wasn’t working as the staff did try to fix it . As they brought us a bucket of ice so we can cool down our drinks etc on a hot day to winch down our thrist overall everything was good

The room and bathroom were very clean. Much appreciated. Staff were immediately helpful and courteous when we registered. Noisy as other customers were coming in late and boisterous in the hall and neighboring room. They had visitors with big loud truck that was left running for a time outside our room. Our mattresses were also lumpy.

This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, with a leaking ceiling and a horrible odor that hit me the moment I walked in. The sheets looked like they had never been washed, which was incredibly off-putting. One word to describe the entire experience: disgusting. It’s such a shame, especially since Elora is such a charming town. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone

over-all we were happy with our stay there. nothing fancy - a decent place to sleep for the nite. traffic noice is a bit of an issue. also - while not a big issue, when we checked into our room and opened the fridge there was a plate of food left by the previous occupant. obviously not what we wanted to see.
