Enjoy this 2 level home with space for larger groups. Feel free to spread out as 2 couches also convert to beds! We also have a second TV room so 2 groups can watch TV or use as kids playroom.
Need even more rooms? Inquire about booking the upper unit to sleep 6 more!
You have the convenience of 2-3 parking spots in the driveway.
Although we are not equipped with a dishwasher, we have a full kitchen to be able to do group cooking and offer paper plates & cups to make your clean up easy!

The space
Climate: you have full control of the thermostat in the dining room to manage your temperature.
The 2 extra sleeping places are: blue pop-up couch in basement rec room (blanket and sheets can be found in adjacent bedroom) and the black futon in main floor living room (extra blanket can be found in closet of bedroom leading to patio). There are 10 pillows in this unit, so they can be moved to the sofa beds as needed.

Guest access
You have full access to the back porch and backyard (outdoor furniture will be provided)

Other things to note
Please take note that we do not have a dishwasher due to space constraints. To reduce the burden of washing, we have provided paper plates, cups as well as a couple of metal foil oven trays.
Upon check out, feel free to leave your dirty dishes.
