Offering both sunset and sunrise views from the open and covered decks, you will have the vacation of a lifetime at New Wave! Custom-built and uniquely designed with a modern coastal feel, guests will be pampered by all the amenities that are offered. Each of the thoughtfully appointed bedrooms includes a private bathroom and TV, ensuring a restful stay for all guests.

The spacious, open-concept great room on the top level features vaulted ceilings and is bathed in natural light from expansive windows. Cozy up by the gas fireplace after a fun-filled day at the beach. The dining area comfortably seats ten and seamlessly flows into the gourmet kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, an oversized island with seating for four, and a convenient powder room. For family entertainment, the top level also includes a media room—perfect for movie nights or board games. Step outside onto the wraparound sun deck to enjoy warm ocean breezes and your favorite drink in hand.

The mid level is home to four inviting bedrooms, all with access to the covered deck, including three king en suites and one en suite with two twin beds—offering the perfect combination of privacy and comfort.

On the ground level, you'll find the final bedroom, an en suite with two queen beds. The recreation room on this level is a hub of entertainment, featuring a ping pong table, an additional full-size refrigerator, and easy access to the pool area. Spend your days splashing in your private 12x24 pool or head to the beach, just a short stroll (less than 1200 feet) down the street.

Pool heat is available for $300.

Please note, New Wave offers a private park charcoal grill for guests. The gas grill is not for guest use.

New Wave is located in the Carolina Dunes community, with easy beach access, as well as sound access directly across Duck Road, perfect for launching kayaks, fishing, or just sunset gazing on the pier.
