Staffs were friendly. Overall nice bed and room. The non-slip rubber bath tub mat was dirty. If you shoot water at it, the dirt will come off. Water does not dry up well in the bath room.

The room is good, clean and spacious. Counter staff is polite and friendly. The only setback is i have yo pay the tourism charge even Experia stated is included but no recipt specified this tax. So no chouce i paid. Is Expedia going to refund me? I cannot find any way yo cintact expedia. Can customer service hive me an email?

The toilet flush mechanism was not fully functional during the entirety of my stay but the rest of the room was in pretty good condition. Central Airconditioning can't really be adjusted too much so it was quite cold but preferable than being too warm. Well priced for the area.
