Historic Luxury Condo in Knoxville Old City downtown

Enjoy downtown Knoxville and all it has to offer in this condo located in the historic White Lily building. Original hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, fresh paint and new furnishings make this condo feel luxurious. You will find unique features original to the 1885 White Lily factory that operated here until 2008. The historic charm of the building with 14 ft high ceilings and three large windows create the natural light and warm feeling you are looking for in a getaway.
The condo offers two public lots across from the building with additional parking on the street. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and includes a mini bar. There is a washer and dryer should you need to do laundry during your stay. The building also has an elevator and a coded entrance.
We would love to invite you to stay in our cozy one-bedroom condo. We are located in the Old City where you are literally a 2-5 minute walk to so many unique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and even a gelato shop and a gym. You are also a 2 minute walk to The Mill and Mine venue. Downtown Knoxville, the Market Square and Old North Knox are within a ten to fifteen minute walk. Of course, a 20 minute walk or five minute drive will have you on campus for game day! You can also take the bus to campus for game days as it runs right by the condo!
Whether you’re relaxing after a great day out or preparing a meal, this marvelous condo provides a welcoming atmosphere. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Our building is located in the heart of a busy downtown area. There are active train tracks beside the building that run through out the day and evening. Most train activity is during the day, though there is the occasional train that comes through in the evening/night.
