The location was nice. The grounds were kept beautifully. Plenty of food options near the hotel and close to the highway. The only critique I will offer is that the girl at the front desk seemed a little cold and annoyed/bothered.

Over chlorinated pool

The pool was over chlorinated. The Hot tub keys didn’t seem to work properly. The front Staff is not very friendly or helpful. The room was clean but the sheets were very uncomfortable. Very gritty from the threads balling up

Hair everywhere

The bathroom was not completely clean. The to I let was a little dirty and there were human and pet hairs in several places in the bathroom. It just wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Also, 1 of the beds had sheets with hairs all over it.

The suite was huge but no real feel.of a suite. Furniture was old and stained and just weirdly layed out. Ac was hard to control temp either to hot or to cold. Not sure it was working right.

Stayed to visit family in Tellico Village

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Clean, quiet, friendly, relaxing. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, rooms were clean and comfortable. Only suggestion is to have places in the bathroom to hang towels and wash cloths. Several fast food eating places and gas stations within walking distance. Close to downtown Loudon with variety of restaurants, stores, etc.
