This marvelous property on 1 spacious private acre features 2 bedrooms...one with a king bed and one with a full bed. Each bedroom is perfect for a good night's sleep. With 1 full bathroom equipped with a hair dryer and a bathtub, you can freshen up and relax after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, an extra half bath, an iron, and a full washer + dryer during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our homestead. Only 2 miles to Interstate 40, puts you at a convenient driving distance to everything in Knoxville. Quiet central H&A for your comfort. It is so peaceful in the sunroom for reading. Unwind with your pets by walking them in the large front and back lawn. Plenty of space to spread out, put your stuff down, enjoy a snack or make a full family meal in the vintage 1950s kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need for snacking and sipping easy clean-up with a fantastic diswasher. Every type of plate or cup or cookware is at your fingertips in the well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy the side porch or covered back porch, perfect for conversations and chilling out.

My father in law, spouse and I went for the TN vs AK game and this place couldnt have been more perfect, the location kept us close to the stadium but we avoided most of the traffic all together! Its perfectly located and the bedrooms and bathrooms had a hotel quality to them! Lovely, comfortable, extremely clean, and they had everything and more that we could have needed, from the Grill out back to the amazing retro kitchen (which i am so in love with!!! just adorable i wish i had that kitchen myself it took me back to my great grandparents home and my father in law back to his childhood) We had a wonderful stay, only wish i had booked a few extra days!

This is one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The property was super clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. We arrived very late and they even had the lights on for us. The back porch and three season room were very lovely and nice places to sit to overlook the large backyard. I cannot recommend this rental highly enough. I hope I have occasion to stay here again.

House is super cute, has everything you need, and in a very peaceful setting. Wish we had time to sit out on the deck and enjoy the neighborhood, but we were on the go all the time. Easy access to Knoxville to drive yourself and Ubers were quick and no problem at all on game day.

The check-in process was really smooth. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor space for our . The Wi-Fi access very good.The only small improvement would be to provide some hangers in the closet, few extra towels and a can opener.Also, instruction on where to put the garbage. Overall it didn’t affect our enjoyment.We’d happily recommend this place to friends and family and would definitely book again in the future.

Absolutely loved the place! You could tell it has been well cared for and loved over the years. So many cool extras - the sun porch, the large yard, the retro gliding metal rocker out back. And our pup loved the dog treats!

We loved this house so much!!! Very pet friendly!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the rental experience! The house is in a great location in East Knoxville, it's the perfect size for a couple or a small family, and it's just a great house. Several family and friends visited while we were there and everyone commented on how amazing it was. The property manager was fantasic to work with. She even left out treats four our dogs! The house was impeccable when we arrived and stocked with everything you might need, including coffee and cream. We would happily stay here again. I can't reccomend it highly enough!
