Upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely perfect for my husband's Birthday surprise. Clean, spacious room, staff excellent especially Sam on reception she was so helpful and also the lovely girls on the Spa reception. Breakfast was brilliant with a great choice. Will definitely stay again.

1. Coffee machine didn’t make hot coffee in the room 2. Breakfast buffet hot food wasn’t hot 3. Iron had material stuck to face. I asked for a replacement at front desk. The lady said of course but no replacement sent 4. The floor creaked above our heads so we were aware of noise from other rooms. 5. Bar food was good quality but the price of extras / sides was excessive. Sirloin steak dinner for two became over priced for what it was. 6. General take away from the experience was disappointment and that it was over priced for what was supplied I don’t think I will stay again or recommend to family/friends

Poor check in as way too much waiting due to one person on desk and large queue. No information on times or amenities. Didn’t have breakfast as too expensive at £16. Would have done if it was slightly cheaper. Did have an evening meal which was great and service was superb. Room was clean with plenty of space and could have a hot shower without water goining everywhere. WiFi was unusable in room so had to hotspot off the phone (WiFi was okay in restaurant though). No issues car parking and very comfortable bed.

Xmas 80’s party night was brilliant. The food at the party was both delicious and piping hot. The staff were friendly. The spa area was great. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Also a good breakfast but could do with more vegetarian options and dairy free alternatives. Overall would absolutely recommend a stay here.
