Unfreundliches personal Beim check hab ich nach einem upgrade gefragt und habe sofort unfreundliche antworten bekommen Darauf hin habe ich verzichtet

Noch nie ein Zimmer in so schlechten Zustand gesehen. Durch das vibrieren der Klimaanlage wackelt das ganze Zimmer, im Flur und Bad ist es mindestens 10 Grad wärmer. Von draußen hört man die Party bis 3 Uhr morgens. Zimmer ist nicht sauber. Das einzig positive ist der Pool
