The hotel is nicely decorated. Our indoor hot spring bath is nicely arranged. Dinner was delicious. Certainly, few more or a larger piece of wagyu beef will be great. Breakfast has lots of variety.

Lovely onsen hotel. Staff is friendly. Meals are decent. Has it's own onsen inside the hotel building. It's a bit dated. My room doesn't have bathroom only toilet. But it's enough.

　リニューアルしてすぐで、気持ちよく過ごしました。また、お誕生日のお祝いをいただき、さらに家族からのサプライズの贈り物をスタッフの方々の温かい協力もうれしくて、家族の素敵な思い出になりました。 　ただ、間もないからでしょうか。スタッフのみなさんは、誠実に対応されてましたが、人数がちょっと少ないのでしょうか？ 　夕食後に、夜景を見に行きたい、と計画していましたので、6時15分からのお食事が終わり直ぐに「デザートを持ってきてください」と頼んだのですが、待てども待てども来ず、主人は先にお出かけできるように着替えに部屋に帰り、それでもまだまだで、頼んでは待ち、頼んでは待ち、4人目のスタッフがやっと運んでくださいました。30分は待ったと思います。慌てて車を走らせ、最終9時寸前15分間の夜景でした。 デザート係とか決まっていたのかなあ？それとも、スタッフの方が日本人でなくて、通じてなかったのかなあ？夕食ラッシュでスタッフが足りないのかなあ？まだ仕事に慣れてなかったのかなぁとあれこれとホテルの事情を家族で考えておりました。 　あと、2泊したのですが、朝のバイキングの食べ物がなくなってしまったものが多くて、その度にお願いしたのですが、やはり出されるまでが遅くて諦める。主人は、ご飯もパンもなくて、おかずだけ食べてました。フードロスへの配慮かもしれませんが、普通は残り三分の一くらいになると補充されるところが多いのだけど、と話になりました。

団体が泊まっており、夜中12時20分に他の客から客室に連絡があり眠っているところを起こされました。 団体客同士が連絡する時はフロントを通して連絡する様にお願いしたい。 10年振りの記念であった旅行がその時点で嫌な思い出となりました。 何か対策をしてほしいです。 食事は美味しくいただきました。フロントの 方も丁寧に対応いただきました。
