Clean, modern hotel with beautiful views and perfect location. Suggestion for improvement: Breakfast could have more variety from one day to another and could include fresh fruits. Only one kind of jam that never changes.

Beautiful view

Hotel is so close to the station and central to Kobe city. Room and view was out of this world.. Breakfast had enough options to satisfy for a couple of nights. Only Downside we were on 25th floor so high up. You can hear the trains below you they arnt to bad but they are building a new building right next to this hotel and even thou it is soundproofed i could hear jack hamering at 2am went for about a hour they work at night and day. I am sensitive to noise fyi it might not bother you and the view is amazing.. Also the Kansai airport bus is 5mins walk from hotel

Dusty but good enough.

Cozy, good location near sannomiya hankyu line. The only bad thing was that my room was quite dusty, especially the head board of the bed. However i can highly recommend this hotel due to perfect location.

nice hotel to travel kobe

perfect location to travel kobe. room condition was good enough though i couldn't get cleaning service at expected time. i had to put on eco cleaning sign in order to get new towels. staffs were friendly and helpful. amenities were fully provided.
