Great location. Clean nice room. We got the twin which looked larger than others passing by in the hallway. It also was a corner room overlooking mountains and trains. Trains did not bother use. Across the street from limo bus straight from Kansai airport.

騒音

安眠支援と称する備え付けのチョコとチェックインの時にフロント横で頂いた安眠ドリンクもしっかり取っても、更にはこれまた備え付けの耳栓をしっかり付けても、掛け布団をアタマからすっぽり被っても、結局何をしてもまったく寝れませんでした 早朝から深夜まで、下を通るJRが数分おきに奏でるガタンゴトン、ガタンゴトンのオーケストラにはだいぶ辟易しました

Hotel location is right next to Sannomiya station. Hundreds of dining options all around. Quality, cleanness, convenience.. all 5 star. Breakfast buffet in the hotel was amazing. View of thr mountains and Kobe port was most beautiful. We will stay here again. Highly recommended if visiting beautiful Kobe.

Understand its a hotel right next to train station

Loved the way the room is lay out. At first, it felt awkward to see the sink as soon as the door opens. But upon usage of the room, it then made a lot of sense to be able to use the space near the doorway with the sink. The only compliant was the noise level - we could hear very clearly the trains passing by on the track as late as near midnight and as early as 6am.

Conveniently located above a train station and close to bus terminal. Easy access to various tourist destinations. Rooms are cosy (small) but the view and modernness made up for it. Highly recommend.
