Frühstück Lage Klimaanlage - sehr lauter Verkehrslärm - tagelang defekter Fahrstuhl Unkulantes Einchecken. Für mich hatten die neuen Handtücher einen eigenartigen Geruch (Chicken Nuggets).

Vielen Dank, das sie sich die Zeit genommen haben Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns zu beschreiben. Tatsächlich war der Fahrstuhl aufgrund einer durchgebrannten Platine mehrere Tage außer Betrieb. Leider konnte eine neue Platine nicht schneller geliefert werden. Wir bedauern das sehr. Es ist schade, das Sie sich nicht näher zu ihrem "unkulanten Check-In" äussern. Wir können leider nicht reagieren, wenn wir das Problem nicht kennen. Dennoch würden wir uns freuen, Sie erneut in unserem Haus begrüßen zu dürfen!

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft, netter Service. Allerdings ist die Tiefgarage sehr eng und die Parkflächen sehr klein für neuere Autos.
