Front end receptionist was very nice and friendly, she was very helpful and attentive . Carpets in the hallway was very filthy , rooms were clean , mattresses very uncomfortable , washrooms need a deep cleaning, dirty in many areas .

I was staying with my wife in NM Royale County for 12 days during my Kerala vacation. Only problem I found was there's no overhead shower facility, only a hand held shower head is there. I found very difficult to take a bath only with a hand held shower head.
