5人の宿泊を代表して予約をしたが、代表者以外のチェックインが代表者がいないと出来ないと言われた。（5人の宿泊者名も勿論登録済み。） 代表者が車を止めに行っている間他の4人は15分程度チェックインを待たされていた。 結果的に代表者がいなくてもチェックイン出来たのだが、不手際が目立って気分を損ねた。
