It has views of the ocean in the front and a small forest of spruce in the back. This property is shared with a local family of six, who live in the main house, a friendly lab mix, and a plethora of local songbirds that greet you with every new day! Just like most things here, we are 5-10 minutes away from all local amenities.

As a bonus, you might even encounter a multitude of wildlife here on Kodiak Island. From brown bears, red foxes, river otters, black tail deer, snowshoe hares, and a myriad of shorebirds and marine mammals. It doesn’t stop there! The house and the surrounding area will continue to surprise you, brimming with endless opportunities to keep yourself occupied for hours on end:
