Ok hotel bad service

Hotel is a good 3 star rather then a 5 star. Service does not exist at this hotel as staff are not helpfull or have any knowledge of the island. Breakfast is ok beach is terrible.

Prefer better beaches

The resort itself is good, the staff are friendly and kind. Overall it is worth to stay there, but there are some moments the many would not like. First is taxi price from the airport to the hotel, it is 500BHT just for 5 min driving, it is much more expensive than in Bangkok. The second is the beach, you can't just go to the water and swim, there are lots of underwater sharp stones, I pierced my foot almost immediately. And the last is no shops around, you have to walk 25 min to reach the closest 7 eleven. Otherwise it is nice to stay there.

Mobilier et équipements assez datés, voir en mauvais état pour un 5 étoiles et le niveau de prix de la villa que j'ai choisie, c'est inadmissible. C'est un énorme hotel, peu de charme. Personnel sympathique.

ruhig und gut Gelegenes Resort. Gutes Auswahlprogramm und eigene Scottermiete. Organisieren abends Events. Haben im Resort 3 Restaurants. Sehr schlechtes Wlan nicht im ganzen Ressort empfang und muss sich jedes mal einloggen. Pro Zimmer maximum Geräte.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, täglich gründlich gereinigt, ruhig gelegen, zuvorkommender Service der Mitarbeiter der Reception und Restauration, vor allem aber der Reinigung

Très bel acceuil. Hotel très bien fait avec plein d'activités. Possibilité de faire pleins d'activités avec l'aide du personnel pour l'organisation.

Un bel établissement

Bel hôtel avec des infrastructures de qualité. Le personnel est, pour la plupart, très sympathique. Très belle chambre bien agencée. Le petit moins: si vous arrivez en avance, on ne vous donnera pas votre chambre une minute avant l'heure prévue pour le check in (14 heures) et il n'y a aucun service de "late check out" pour ceux qui ont un avion qui décolle tard dans l'après midi.

séjour inoubliable

TRÈS bonne accueil, personnel souriant, serviable et disponible. Environnement très bien entretenu, espace et décor génial. Seul petit bémol les restaurations sont un peu cher comparer à la ville. Je le recommande et j'y retournerai avec beaucoup de plaisir !
